Mr. Bronson graduated from St. Johns School of Law where he received his JD degree. Mr. Bronson continued his education at New York University Law School and received an LLM in taxation. Having practiced in several law firms in New York City, Mr. Bronson opened his own practice providing legal services in various areas of the law. His practice led him to develop expertise in bankruptcy which involves many facets of the law.
In his bankruptcy practice Mr. Bronson has practiced in front of the vast majority of Bankruptcy Judges in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and is well known to most of the trustees.
Bronson Law Offices PC represents chapter 7 and chapter 13 debtors in consumer bankruptcy cases and champions home preservation both in bankruptcy court and state court. The firm has represented debtors in several cutting-edge court decisions including "chapter 20s", repayment of mortgage arrears in a chapter 11, elimination of default interest in certain cases.

The Firm's chapter 11 practice is devoted to reorganizing small and midsized businesses to either liquidated in a manner favorable to the principals or continue the business by giving companies a pause from their creditors.
Some of the areas of business that we have worked with are as follows: restaurants, gas stations, single asset and multiple asset real estate cases, a shooting range, lighting companies, supplement companies, day care facilities, drug stores, insurance companies, physicians and landscaping companies. The unique features of chapter 11 can provide surprisingly good results that could not be attained outside of bankruptcy.

Our wide range of experience helps us counsel clients properly from the initial meeting through the termination of their bankruptcies.
We have developed a strategy for debtors who need to repay arears when a modification is not available by providing for payment over the balance of their mortgages, that was affirmed on appeal by the District Court.
